Book a refresher training day to get the most from your ALS slitter.
Operators can come and go, and sometimes slitting knowledge gets lost. Boost your skills and production rates with a refresher course.

Customer had a requirement to slit 10mm with a tolerance of 0.1mm – they shipped some test rolls to our UK factory for test trials, using our wealth of experience we were able to achieve a better tolerance with a combination of high quality machine build, cutting blades and ideal parameters. These trials swiftly converted into an order for an ALS 500 Sibtec
ALS 2×2 Sibtec twin mandrel/twin blade, high performance slitter. This Sibtec model includes large Windows based touchscreen, servo cutting, blade measurement and auto setting, blade grinders, powered mandrel support, twin sprayers etc. Within the first couple of hours of installation the customer had already slit 100’s of rolls.
